Uhh, poetry time?
Yep. It's a stupid name.
But my pal Sterling and I were sipping our quintessential coffee in a quaint cafe, and I could not think of a blog title, and then later I said, "it's poetry time!!!" whilst raising the arms in a triumphant pose (sans the mug of scalding coffee, ouch) and thus "It's Poetry Time!" was born. Lindsay Lohan, pre-downward-spiral, will be playing me in the movie.
That is probably not important. All you need to know is this is my poetry blog, I am Melanie, and would like to hear any constructive criticism you may have, and would like to read your stuff as well.
Also: all poems are copyright to myself (Melanie Richards). Internet thievery will be repaid with fists of fury. Or a nice and polite "cease and desist" email whilst I grind my teeth in silent frustration. But seriously, please don't do it.
